Spinning Around - Black & White Polka Dot Frill Dress from Yours Clothing

I do love a good polka dot dress, and this vintage style delight from Yours Clothing  is easily one of my favourite wardrobe items at the moment! The monochrome mixture of polka dots and frills is perfect for some springtime fun, with the stretchy jersey fabric being an absolute delight.

I love that this dress managed to be both classic and comfy. It's one of those no-fuss smart wardrobe saviours which can be easily dressed up or down depending on what shoes and accessories are paired with it. For this look I wanted to embrace the tea dress shape and add a touch of forces sweetheart to the mix, so kept it simple with some red accepts added to the black and white style.

My favourite part of the dress is the beautiful frill to the back. It's such a simple element but elevates the dress from a basic fit and flare to something which feels a bit more special. The fit of the dress is also very generous, so if you are inbetween sizes or at the smaller end of your size, you can probably afford to size down.
