Earlier this week, my hair and I had a real treat to help (quite literally) blow the January blues away. There isn't anything quite like a blow out to make you feel like the best version of yourself, and Hob Salons have take things to the next level with their Energy Blow Dry.
In addition to styling your mane to perfection, your Hob Salons stylist will have a personalised consultation with you where together you'll work out the best prescription for your hair. After being bleached and coloured, my hair was definitely in need of a little TLC, so the products I had recommended were a mixture of colour saving and deep conditioning treats.
My actual energy code was C1 + S2 + L4 + X4L + H5. This translated to their Colour Save Shampoo, Smoothen Conditioner, Luxe Oil Reconstructive Elixir, Extra Liquid Hair and Hydrate Quenching Mist.
Whilst the products worked their magic together to product hair which was both shiny and manageable, I have to mention the Luxe Oil in particular for the multi use properties and heavenly scent. It's one of those "does it all" bottles which conditions damp hair, protects against heat and eliminates frizz whilst remaining weightless. Even on thinning hair like mine, it allowed my hair to look full and bouncy with an incredible shine.
After the products were applied, my stylist then worked wonders with the Dyson Supersonic which after getting up close and personal with them, are well worth the hype and accompanying price tag! The 1940s style waves were then made using mini GHD straighteners, with sectioning clips helping to finish off and space out the finger waves.
With over 170 million possible combinations available when unlocking your unique Energy Code, it is the perfect way to target any hair concerns you might have, or to just give yourself a boost. A Hobs Salon blow dry is normally £37 depending on stylist, but their Energy Blow Dry is just £25. Click here to find your nearest salon, and book yourself a treat.
Until next time,
Your hair really does look so much better for having that blowdry! I really need to pay a visit to a salon and get a trim, because I'm a qualified hairdresser I tend to just cut mine myself haha xx
