Papa's Got A Brand New Bag - Classic 44L Cabin Sized Bag from Cabin Zero

Hi everyone! I'm so sorry for the lack of posts, but if you follow my Instagram, you'll know that I've just moved home and the whole thing was... ahh... difficult to say the least! But on the blog today I wanted to talk about one thing which helped - and something I've been using for travelling with and carrying my studio lights in for years - the Classic 44L Cabin Sized Bag from Cabin Zero.

I was given the purple version of the bag a few years ago, and since then it's been my go to backpack when I've needed something strong and comfortable, even when packed to bursting. I jumped at the chance when the brand offered to send me one to review, because having been a fan for a good three years, I can honestly say that this is the best investment for anyone who hauls around expensive equipment or frequently travels. You'll also find details of a cheeky discount code at the end of the post!

The bag itself is a really clever design. It's made to be ultra light (just 460 grams!) has a waterproof polyester outer layer, and carries up to 44L inside. It has thick padded shoulder straps which are great if you're like me and hauling heavy equipment in them, and also has side compression straps, top and side handles, a front zipped pocket and inside zipped and mesh pockets.

What really sells it though, are the additional standard features which include a 10 year warranty (which is upgraded to 25 with a like on Facebook), and a built in Global Luggage Tracker which is powered by Okoban.

With the bag's dimensions being 55 x 40 x 20 cm, it really is the bag who thinks it's a suitcase. And brilliantly, it's the perfect size to fit most luggage carry on requirements. To give you an idea of what you can store inside, I comfortably fit two boxed photography light heads inside with a few accessories, or about four days worth of clothing including pyjamas and toiletries!

If you're in the market to pick up one for your summer holidays, use the code CZFASHIONLOVESPHOTOS for a cool 10% off.

Until next time,

  2. What a fantastic and versatile piece! I am not a huge rucksack fan only because I have a chronic shoulder issue, however I love the fact that this has handles on the side so can be carried that way. I think it is a genius idea to have the tracker inside it too!
I would love one of these for my blogging travels and will be adding it to my birthday wish list! X
