One of the problems with being a photographer for fashion brands is that sometimes you find yourself making a mental shopping list whilst you shoot. The second I saw the sample of this gorgeous Lottie Heart Angel Sleeve Midi Dress from Scarlett & Jo, I knew that it'd eventually find its way into my wardrobe when released.
I am such a sucker for a cute ditsy print, and this adorable heart take on the traditional floral style is super sweet. The dress has a built in waistband which helps to create the illusion of an hourglass shape, and a mock-wrap front with floaty angel sleeves.

I teamed the dress with my one and only January sale bargain - the Tilly Tartan clutch bag from Skinny Dip. I'm a big fan of clashing, so liked how they worked together and finished off with my trusty glitter covered Simply Be heels.
This is definitely an investment dress at £75, but is also a timeless wardrobe staple perfect for all those impending summer dates. Wedding? Baptism? Theatre date? Choose your shoes and your bag carefully, and you have yourself a versatile item which can be worn and restyled time and time again.
