It's difficult to not be sartorially inspired by the people you see around you, but sometimes, just sometimes, you really just need to know where something is from. I recently spent an entire journey on the Piccadilly Line with in real life heart eyes staring at a rucksack, and when the owner got off at the same stop as me, I frightened the life out of her by catching her up and asking for the details.
By the time I'd reached my home, I had located the Rains Black Messenger Bag Rucksack on the Schuh website, and an order had been placed. Sometimes you just know that you need something in your life, and it was a very rare moment where I had the funds to live a little on the frivolous side. (#freelancelife) The bag is part of the Danish brand's AW17 range, and features a London ready rain wear material inspired by their native climate. All of the materials are man-made, and the water proofed design means that I'm happy to carry my camera around in it and not worry about it getting damp. Poppers on the side allow the bag to expand slightly, and it features a cool clip fastening to the front as well as adjustable straps for the perfect, comfy fit.
This dress was another must have moment, this time from Simply Be. The Ruched Ruffle Day Dress was pretty much my autumn checklist of dream dresses, from the colour to the cute frill front. It's one of those dresses which you can just throw on and feel fabulous in, and it's so easy to wear.
Leggings: H&M+ Leggings (£6.99)
Flower: Temptress of Waikiki

I love anything Ruffle Diana as it's my maiden name so I feel like I have an instant link. As always with you, perfectly styled. Great little autumnal fashion post.
