I'm a big fan of Red Candy, whether it's for quirky gifts for friends of some lovely new items for the flat. They always seem to have exactly what I'm looking for, in this case the item being some sort of interesting vessel to hold table water (and other more fun drinks!) in when we're entertaining guests. I guess I wanted something useful that would also look cool with cocktails in, and could also possibly double up as a vase on those rare occasions one is needed. Enter the Puik Art Rare Carafe, part sculpture, part vessel, all beautiful.
I pretty much fell in love with the carafe the second I saw it. Made from mouth-blown crystal glass, the diamond cut design ensures the light catches and bounces all over the place. The shape also allows it to sit upright or on it's side meaning that you can fit it onto your table as a centrepiece in a variety of ways.
It's a bit of a decanter / pitcher / vase hybrid, which holds 1.2 litres of liquid (or approximately three to four regular sized tumblers). It's the sort of design where you'll want to display it as a piece of art when it's not in use, as it just looks so pretty!
The Rare Carafe retails for £29.50, and if you're feeling super fancy, it also has the matching glasses from the range here. It measures at 20cm x 16cm x 16cm, and come Halloween you can expect to see this with some sort of witchy brew all over my Instagram account!

Until next time,
