Mellow Yellow - Boohoo Plus Yellow Floral Smock Dress

You know me, I love a good mustard dress so when I saw this autumnal dream of a print from Boohoo via ASOS, I instantly caved and thanked the Klarna gods. It's really seen me through so much of the autumn as my cosy, go to number, and teamed with tights and a biker jacket, it's been such a great wardrobe addition.

When I saw this dress on the Boohoo website, I knew it had to be mine. The short length and floaty sleeves were already two big pluses, but it was the front split which really caught my attention. I knew that it wasn't going to be as subtle on me as it was in the product picture, but I don't think there's much difference between flashing a bit of bra or showing off a lace or mesh insert.
