First stop was Boohoo who had the gold sequinned cape of my dreams, Embroidery and fun prints were big, although there were low-key Nordic vibes with faux-fur lined shoes and prints. There were so many amazing pieces on show, but my favourite had to be the rose applique biker jacket. I'm loving this season's tough but cute trend, and the Boohoo + version was probably my favourite take on it from the whole day.
Up next was Elomi, who did not disappoint with their new prints and styles for SS17. Pretty florals and racy harness bras are all heading your way, and I am so excited to see a larger cup size brand take on the harness trend.
The third stop of the day was Primark, who were introducing a new line of skin care to extend their already extensive beauty line. New make-up brushes were also on the horizon, with lots of metallic, holographic and embroidered finishes for their clothing and accessories.
Our final SS17 stop of the day was Debenhams, who were showing some of their big fashion hitters and cult beauty faves. J by Japser Conran had the summer skirt everyone will be wearing a version of, with its floaty yellow stripes being a sunny take on the nautical trend.
What are your favourite emerging trends for SS17? Don't forget to let me know in the comments!
