Go Baby Go - Pushing Forward With Protein from Go Nutrition.

For anyone who's been reading my blog for the last year, you'll know that I've been following a running schedule and had a bit of a fitness overhaul. This has completely fallen by the wayside over the last month or so, partly due to the hot weather, partly due to feeling under it. With iron and vitamin D choosing to run away no matter how much spinach, sunshine and green stuff I consume, I've had to find other ways to to give my body a bit of a boost.

Step forward Go Nutrition - saviour of the sporty and anyone who needs a bit of a boost. With a huge range of products, they have something to help whether you're looking to build muscle, loose fat, gain weight or get an endurance boost for your workout.

GN Whey Protein 80.
The first item I tried from their range was GN Whey Protein - a handy powder which can be used in a multitude of ways. Using the hand scoop which comes provided in the bag, you mix it with either milk or water for the perfect thing to down half an hour before your run or gym session. In simple terms, it helps your body to recover and build muscle with over 19.5g of whey protein in each 25g serving.

I tried the Triple Chocolate variety, but with 14 flavours in the range, it was really hard to choose! I'm quite intrigued by Key Lime Pie and Rhubarb and Custard Sweets but definitely found the Triple Chocolate choice to mask the protein flavour well. It also made a great cocoa substitute when baking, offering a chocolate alternative for high protein cupcakes and cappuccino toppings.

Rich Chocolate Protein Puddings.

Sweet Chilli Protein Balls.

Original Choc Chip Protein Flapjacks and Triple Chocolate Protein Cookies.
In addition to the huge range of protein powders, Go Nutrition also sell a range of snacks for on the go. I've packed their flapjacks and protein balls into my camera kit before when embarking on long, full day shoots and are great at aiding performance - even if it's just staying awake!

Their customer service was also exceptional. Shipping was quick and fuss free with text messages and emails letting me know what was going on at each stage of the order. They also have an important transparency policy on their website where they are 100% honest about what goes into their products.
You won't find cheap fillers in our products, you won't find us faking the protein levels by adding cheap amino acids and you won't find us hiding the exact ingredients of our protein blends, greens powders or amino acid formulas behind so-called proprietary blends.
What you will find is competitively priced sports nutrition with none of the fakery. When we launched GoNutrition® we wanted to be different to the rest. Instead of resorting to some of the dirty tricks used by others in the sports nutrition market, we wanted to be open and honest with our customers.
You can view the entire range of their products on the Go Nutrition website, and if you do try any of the more adventurous protein powder flavours, please do let me know how you get on!

Until next time,
