Hello Dolly, featuring Simply Be, H&M, Tatty Devine, Collectif & Office

Anyone who regularly reads my blog will know that I spend a lot of my time buzzing around London like a chubby bumblebee. I love wearing yellow - it's just such a happy colour which can lift me right out of a bad mood. It's also super summery, and with the lovely weather we've been having recently, it just feels fitting.


However we all know that a British summer can't exist without one, very important thing - RAIN! So when I saw this amazing PU Rain Jacket from Simply Be, I knew that I had to give it a go. And I'll happily tell anyone who asks, it has probably been the best clothing investment I've made in ages! It's light enough to wear when the weather feels muggy, has a hood which can be buttoned right up to protect your hair, and well, it's sunshine yellow! Perfect for chasing those grey clouds away with!

There was something about this whole look together which made me feel like some sort of 60s dolly, and I loved it! The dress is a little bit tight, but sometimes it's just too hot for shapewear, and really, who cares? I completely adore the mustard hue, and according to my boyfriend, it's the perfect length for go-go dancing in!

Also, I cannot dance to save my life. But really, who cares when you're this happy?
