A few weeks ago, I took a train journey to shoot
Jasmine Alexander, one of my absolute favourite people in the entire world. Proclaimed as both a
"poet goldsmith" and the
"Vivienne Westwood of jewellery", over the past few years I've seen her star quite rightly rise and rise with absolutely no signs of slowing down.
This particular series of images was shot to accompany an interview for the prestigious
Love Gold publication, who were doing a profile on Jasmine and wanted some images
at work in the studio. There are also a few other portraits shot in the midst of it all which are currently under wraps and awaiting publication elsewhere, and I cannot wait to share them as they include
one of my favourite portraits of all time.
The space itself was beautiful - lots of natural light and interesting instruments.
As ever though, it was this gorgeous face who was the real diva on the shoot. You cannot help but fall in love with him!

Until next time,
Diana xx
What a beautiful, inspirational space.
ReplyDeleteIt really was! The natural light inside was so beautiful and it felt really calm to shoot in.
