French Navy, My Sailor Mate - Tales from the bottom of the wardrobe with Heidi Seeker and Handmade by Trisha Bendall.

Recently I blogged about how I'd come across a few gems whilst cleaning out my wardrobe, and this super cute sailor cardigan was one of the items I'd found.

I was so excited to re-discover it as I was sure it'd be lost when I moved. My Hell Bunny find was a great replacement, but they are such different designs that there is definitely room in my closet for both.

The cardigan is made by Heidi Seeker but they sadly no longer seem to sell clothing, just accessories. The collar and detail are all screen-printed and is a fun item to throw over a simple dress.

Belt: ASOS Curve Vintage Look Waist & Hip Belt.

Leggings: F&F True.

Bracelets: Vintage.

Tortoise Ring: Last season from Tatty Devine.

Moonstone Ring: Vintage.

Another non-wardrobe discovery was the fantastic creations by Handmade by Trisha Bendall. I almost always carry a tote bag in my bag for when I go shopping, and completely fell in love with this 50s style space fabric. Who doesn't love rockets and kittens in space?

The bag came folded up in it's own pouch making it compact and perfect for even the smallest of handbags. The range is extensive, with everything from bags, to bunting to pillows and is the perfect shop to visit for individual items with a handmade touch.
