We Met By A Trick Of Fate, French Navy My Sailor Mate.

Every Easter, Lord Dicely becomes Howard The Easter Bunny and organises a super cute Easter hunt in our living room. Because both of us were doing various types of physical training, we had agreed to not get each other much in the way of chocolate and I was so excited to find this beautiful sailor dress waiting for me at the end of the trail.

Dress: A gift.

Petticoat: Hell Bunny.

Heart Bunting Necklace: Valentine Bunting by Tatty Devine.

Tights: Simply Be.

Heels: Vintage.

Flowers: Pearls & Swine.

This is one of those dresses which I can't wait to wear come Summer. It has the perfect 50s, floaty swishiness for spinning around in whilst dancing and the light, satin material feels cool against my skin. It falls like a traditional swing skirt without a petticoat, but I love my dresses to have lots of volume. All I need now is a narrow boat to sail, and I'm ready to go!
